Yes, our latex mattress is a real mattress and weighs approximately anywhere from 80 lb to 200 lb depending on the size you order.
This is not a one light weight box mattress. This mattress comes in 4 boxes and please read how to assemble the mattress here. It just takes 10 minutes and no tools required.

Turmerry organic latex mattresses are delivered in safe packaging, split into four boxes.

• Box 1 - Mattress zipper cover + two pillows

• Box 2- Firm latex layer with cover

• Box 3 - Medium latex layer with cover

• Box 4 - Soft latex layer with cover

The mattress assembly is a pretty simple process, and it will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
No tools are required, just a pair of scissors to open the boxes and remove the two layers of plastic wrapping. Please read how to assemble our latex mattress here

You can use a hand vacuum to remove the dust, dirt, dander, or any kind of debris from your mattress surface. Spot cleaning using a cloth, liquid soap, and water is another way to clean your latex mattress.
Avoid keeping your latex mattress under direct sunlight during the cleaning process, as this can damage the materials inside the mattress.

Turmerry organic mattresses are extensively tested for purity and safety. Our latex mattresses are GOLS, Oeko Tex Standard 100, and USDA-organic certified.

Turmerry latex mattresses come in three different firmness levels - soft, medium, and firm. You can rotate the three layers to get the desired mattress firmness level for your perfect sleep.

Apart from latex mattresses, we offer latex toppers, latex pillows, organic sheet sets, natural and organic wool comforters, duvet covers, blankets and throws, organic baby accessories, face masks, air purifiers, and adjustable bases.

We offer free domestic US ground shipping on all orders in the contiguous US. For Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories, there will be a charge based on UPS and USPS rates.

Yes. You can return your unused merchandise in its original condition (as long as they have not been used or laundered, are scent and fragrance-free) within 30 days for an even exchange or a full refund.

We offer a 20-year warranty for latex mattresses and a 5-year limited warranty for latex toppers. For all other products like bedding sheet sets, duvet covers, pillows, throws, protectors, etc., we offer a 1-year limited warranty.
