Yes, all of our latex mattresses, excluding the Latex Hybrid Mattress, will require assembly. Our all-foam mattresses arrive in multiple boxes; the number of boxes depends on the customizations you choose and can range anywhere from 3 to 5. The assembly process itself will not require any special tools, only a few minutes of your time, and some additional help (if need be). Turmerry organic latex mattresses are delivered in safe packaging, split into multiple boxes (around 3-5).
Box 1 - Mattress zipper cover + two pillows
Box 2 - Latex foam layer

The mattress assembly is a pretty simple process, and it will take approximately 20-30 minutes. No special tools are required, just a pair of scissors to open the boxes and remove the wrapping.
You can use a hand vacuum to remove the dust, dirt, dander, or any kind of debris from your mattress surface. Spot cleaning using a cloth/sponge, mild liquid soap, and warm water is recommended in case of spills or stains. If you are done spot cleaning it, make sure to air dry the mattress fully before using it. Avoid keeping your latex mattress under direct sunlight during the cleaning/drying process, as this can damage the latex foam. Do not machine wash or machine dry any of the mattress materials.
We highly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector cover over the mattress. It makes cleaning that much easier and also helps improve mattress lifespan.

Turmerry latex mattresses come in four different firmness levels - soft, medium, firm, and extra firm. The ILDs for each firmness level are as follows:
Soft (6-10)
Medium (14-18)
Firm (22-26)
Extra Firm (38-42)
You can rotate the foam layers to get the desired mattress firmness level for your perfect sleep.
Apart from latex mattresses, we offer latex mattress toppers, pillows, pillow covers, sheet sets, wool comforters, duvet covers, blankets and throws, baby accessories, face masks, and bed bases.
We offer free domestic US ground shipping on all orders in the contiguous US. For Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories, there will be a charge based on UPS and USPS rates.
Orders placed with us will typically be delivered within 4-5 business days. Our main distribution center is located in Charlotte, NC. This means that if you're on the East Coast, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 days. Customers on the West Coast can expect their shipments to arrive in 5-7 days.
Yes. You can return your unused merchandise in their original condition (as long as they have not been used or laundered and are scent- and fragrance-free) within 120 days for an even exchange or a full refund.

We offer a 10- to 20-year warranty for latex mattresses, depending on the one you choose, and we offer a 5-year limited warranty for latex toppers. For all other products like bedding sheet sets, duvet covers, pillows, throws, protectors, etc., we offer a 1-year limited warranty.
