Turmerry is a US based business. Turmerry offers Free and Fast Shipping for all orders in the contiguous USA. For Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories we offer FedEx and USPS rates. Orders will typically be delivered within 2-5 business days. Please add items to the cart to see if your product qualifies to be shipped to your country.

The main Distribution Center of Turmerry is in Charlotte, NC where we ship most of our Latex Mattresses, Latex Toppers and Pillows. This means for all of you in the East Coast the transit time are just 1-3 days. Most of the West Coast customers can expect their shipments in 5-7 days.

Returns and Refunds - Up to 110% Money Back

120 Days Return Policy for Mattresses and Mattress Toppers

For Turmerry Mattresses and Mattress Toppers we offer a 30-120 day trial period. We completely understand that testing out a Mattress or Mattress Topper at a local store, fully dressed and in your shoes for a few minutes is a nightmare. We also believe testing it out just for a night is a bad idea although many of our customers fall in love with it on the first night. When making a decision on a product that you will spend a third of your life on, it’s important to really know it. It takes time to make such an important choice so we request you to try it out for 30 days before initiating a return request. You can return the mattress or mattress topper after 30 days up until 120 days of your delivery date.

Turmerry All Latex Mattress consists of three 3 inch latex foam layers. If you let us know we can swap out one layer at no additional charge if doing so will take care of the support and comfort you were looking for. If you believe that is not going to make it work, then we can use our donation program and once donated we can get the full refund processed back to your payment method. Please note once we swap out one layer to change the support and comfort, then you are still not satisfied you can return the mattress at your expense back to us or follow the donation process for a full store credit.

If after 30 days, you find your mattress topper is still uncomfortable, then in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from shipping, we will ask you to go through a local donation procedure for toppers after contacting us. There is an easy set of procedures to be followed for this so please start your return here.
If you decide to return/donate your mattress topper before the 30 day waiting period, or if you cancel an order after the order has been shipped, or if you refuse the shipment, a store credit will be issued instead of refund. When returning an item, you can opt for 110% store credit.

 

120 Day Return Policy for Pillows, Sheets, Bedding etc.

We stand behind the integrity of our merchandise, and if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise, at your own expense, in its original condition within 120 days of your purchase date for an even exchange or a full item price refund. Pillows and Bedding items are returnable for refund as long as they have not been used or laundered, are scent and fragrance-free. If the product has been used, you can still get a store credit by following a donation process. USA made wool comforters are returnable only if it is new, unused and unlaundered.

Returns for online purchases are processed within 10 business days of receipt at our distribution center. If any of your items arrive damaged, please let us know immediately and we will be more than happy to replace them. Please start your return here for refund, exchange or store credit. When returning an item, you can opt for 110% store credit.

  1. Donation Process: If you are contemplating a return and intend to donate the item, it is crucial to follow our specified donation process. Failure to contact us and adhere to the outlined procedure may result in the denial of a refund. We are committed to transparency and fairness, and your cooperation in this process ensures a hassle-free experience.
  2. Destruction Policy:In the event that you are unable to find a suitable place for a donation, we offer a destruction policy as an alternative. However, it is imperative to communicate with us to understand the correct procedure for item destruction. Failure to comply with the guidelines outlined in our destruction policy may lead to the non-issuance of a refund.

Please be aware that adhering to our donation and destruction policies is essential to facilitating a prompt, efficient return process. Items not returnable or have return restrictions

  • We do not offer trials for adjustable beds and they cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
  • USA made wool comforters are returnable only if it is new, unused and unlaundered.
  • Masks are not returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • We only accept one item returned or exchanged from each product type (mattress, topper, sheets, pillow) per customer per 12 month period. If you buy multiple pieces only one can be returned.
