Please review the details below to understand your rights and responsibilities as a valued Turmerry customer.
Beginning on the date of purchase, the Organic Latex Mattress, Egg Crate Mattress, and Dual Side Latex Flippable Mattress are covered by a 20 year warranty.
Beginning on the date of purchase, the Latex Hybrid Mattress and Organic RV Mattress are covered by a 10 year warranty.
Beginning on the date of purchase, the Organic Latex Mattress Topper and Egg Crate Mattress Topper are covered by a 5-year limited warranty.
The warranty we offer for our mattresses and mattress toppers is only valid for the original purchaser, starting from the original purchase date, and is non-transferable. The “original purchaser” is the first purchaser of the latex mattress or mattress topper from Turmerry.com.
IMPORTANT: Please retain a copy of your email receipt for the product(s) as proof of purchase and ownership.
Turmerry warrants that it will repair or replace, at the company's discretion, your latex mattress or mattress topper should it be determined to contain a defect, including splits or cracks in the latex foam that significantly alter your comfort during sleep on the latex mattress or mattress topper, as long as the damage is not caused by misuse or abuse after purchase by the user(s) of the latex mattress or mattress topper and provided your latex mattress or mattress topper has had adequate support since the time of purchase. Also covered is any indentation or body impression in the latex foam of the latex mattress or mattress topper measuring greater than 1 inch in depth. The indentation must be visible to the naked eye when no weight is applied to the top of the mattress topper.
Base Warranty Does Not Cover:
No warranty coverage shall be in effect for any latex mattress or mattress topper that contains any burns, cuts, stains, spills, soiling, discoloration that occurs over time, chemical smells (cigarette smoke and other unnatural odors), dampness, or mold. This warranty also does not cover comfort preference(s). Imperfections that do not prevent ordinary use and enjoyment of the latex mattress or mattress topper by a reasonable person are not considered to be defects. For example, perforations may not be well rounded, and corners may not be perfectly shaped.
Turmerry warrants the Wooden Bed Frame against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the time your platform bed frame is purchased by you, when the platform bed frame is used normally for its intended purposes.
This limited warranty covers any breakage of or defects in the wooden frame, including the slats. The frame must be assembled correctly. Any breakage must occur while the product is in normal “bedroom” use. Turmerry will repair or replace, with an equal or similar product of a similar value, in our discretion, damaged or defective products that are covered by this warranty.
Base Warranty Does Not Cover:
Beginning on the date of purchase, all other products, like pillows, pillow covers, mattress protectors, blankets/throws, sheet sets, duvet covers, and comforters, are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. Turmerry warrants that it will replace, at the company's discretion, your product should it be determined to contain a defect.
Base Warranty Does Not Cover:
No warranty coverage shall be in effect for any products that contain any burns, cuts, stains, spills, soiling, discoloration that occurs over time, chemical smells (cigarette smoke and other unnatural odors), dampness, or mold. This warranty also does not cover comfort preference and normal wear and tear as a result of washing and intended use.

Evidence of a defect and proof of purchase must be included. The address for returns will vary depending on the products and will be provided to you once Turmerry has reviewed your submission and determined that there is in fact a defect covered by this warranty.
