Beginning on the date of purchase, the Organic Latex Mattress, Egg Crate Mattress, Dual Side Latex Flippable Mattress, DIY Hybrid Mattress With Latex, Bigg+ Mattress, and Organic Kids Mattress are covered by a 20-year limited warranty.
The warranty period is measured from the original purchase date and does not extend or restart should a repair or replacement occur.
Beginning on the date of purchase, the Latex Hybrid Mattress and RV Mattress are covered by a 10-year limited warranty.
The warranty period is measured from the original purchase date and does not extend or restart should a repair or replacement occur.
Your Responsibilities:
To maintain warranty eligibility, the mattress must:
- Be removed from packaging and unrolled within 10 days of delivery.
- Be used in a residential setting.
- Be used only on a structurally sound base, such as:
- A solid platform foundation.
- A slatted frame with slats spaced no more than 3 inches apart.
- A properly configured adjustable base.
- For Queen, King, and California King sizes, the support structure must include a center rail and dedicated center support leg(s) to prevent sagging.
- A compatible waterproof mattress protector must be used from day one to maintain hygiene and warranty validity.
- The law tags must remain in place, unaltered.
Using an improper foundation, such as a box spring, or placing the mattress directly on the floor, will void the warranty. A waterproof mattress protector must be used from the time of purchase. Any stains, spills, bodily fluids, mold, or strong odors will result in the warranty being voided.
IMPORTANT: Please retain a copy of your email receipt for the product(s) as proof of purchase and ownership.
Mattress Warranty Coverage Includes:
Turmerry warrants the mattress to be free from defects in material and workmanship that impact normal functionality and expected sleep performance. If a verified defect is identified, Turmerry will, at its sole discretion, repair the mattress, replace the mattress with the same model and size, or, if discontinued, replace it with a mattress of comparable build, material quality, and value. The defect must not be a result of misuse or abuse after purchase by the user(s) of the mattress, and the mattress must have had adequate support since the time of purchase.
The warranty covers:
-
Body Impressions or Visible Indentations
- Indentations or imprints greater than 1.5 inches, measured without any weight on top of the mattress using a flexible tailor-type tape.
- Indentations resulting from normal, unsustained use are distinguished from excessive foam compression or structural collapse.
- The indentation must be visible to the naked eye when no weight is applied to the top of the mattress.
- The indentation must be measurable and visible to the naked eye when the mattress is placed on the floor.
-
Structural Latex Defects
- Cracking, splitting, or permanent structural deterioration of natural latex layers when used under proper conditions.
-
Mattress Cover, Stitching, & Construction Defects
- Tearing of seams not caused by force or misuse.
- Fabric unraveling.
- Manufacturing flaws affecting the integrity or performance of the cover or quilting.
-
Dimensional Variance
- Size variations exceeding 2 inches in length, width, or thickness after a 30-day break-in and expansion period.
- Any size variation must be reported to Turmerry within the trial period.
-
Performance-Impeding Cosmetic Defects
- Only when a cosmetic irregularity directly interferes with normal comfort, stability, or support.
IMPORTANT: Damage caused by improper handling, including bending, folding, dragging, or repositioning of latex layers, is not covered under this warranty.
Spring System Coverage (Hybrid Models Only):
For hybrid mattresses containing spring systems, Turmerry warrants the pocketed coil units against structural defects arising from faulty materials or manufacturing.
Coverage applies as follows:
-
Latex Hybrid Mattress (10-Year Limited Warranty): The spring system is covered for the same 10-year period as the mattress. Coverage is limited to structural defects such as broken, fractured, or collapsing coils that impair normal support.
-
DIY Hybrid Mattress With Latex (20-Year Limited Warranty): The pocket spring coils used in this mattress are covered for the full 20-year warranty period. Coverage is limited to structural manufacturing defects that materially affect performance, such as broken or deformed coils.
Coverage for springs does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper handling, transportation damage, exceeding the weight limit, bending or folding the mattress, or use on an inadequate support foundation. Only structural defects arising from normal residential use and verified as manufacturing-related are eligible.
Mattress Warranty Coverage Does Not Include:
This warranty does not extend to damage, conditions, or dissatisfaction arising from improper use, improper storage, or normal wear.
Naturally occurring variations in latex texture, color marbling, corner shape, minor quilting irregularities, or fabric grain differences are not considered defects.
Exclusions include, without limitation:
- Any mattress that contains burns, cuts, stains, spills, soiling, discoloration that occurs over time, chemical smells (cigarette smoke and other unnatural odors), dampness, or mold.
- Comfort preference(s). Imperfections that do not prevent ordinary use and enjoyment of the mattress by a reasonable person are not considered to be defects. For example, perforations may not be well-rounded, and corners may not be perfectly shaped.
- Natural softening of foam over time (except for any indentation or body impression of over 1.5 inches).
- Issues caused by bending, folding, jumping, dragging, abusing, neglecting, or mishandling the mattress.
- Unsanitary conditions, including pest infestation (bed bugs, mites, etc.).
- Mattresses used in hotels, rentals, Airbnbs, or commercial settings.
- Allergies, discomfort, or other health-related conditions.
- Cutting, reshaping, or altering the mattress in any way.
- Adjustable latex mattresses must be used with layers arranged in the intended factory-recommended order. Improper layer configuration, including placing softer comfort layers beneath firmer support layers, reversing layer order, or removing required layers, can compromise structural integrity. Any damage or performance issues resulting from improper layer arrangement are not considered manufacturing defects and are excluded from warranty coverage.

Mattress Care and Rotation Requirements:
To ensure even wear and material longevity:
- Rotate the mattress head-to-foot once per month for the first six months, then
- Rotate every 2-3 months thereafter for the life of the mattress.
- Use only in a residential household environment. Avoid excessive force, stretching, or pulling on fabrics, seams, or zippers.
- Do not use bleach, optical brighteners, or harsh chemicals. Do not expose the mattress to high heat, which can damage wool, cotton, latex components, and natural fibers.
- Ensure each item is fully dry before use or storage to prevent mold or odor.
-
Spot Cleaning: Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth. Use warm water with mild (eco-friendly) detergent to spot clean. Avoid aggressive rubbing, which can distort fibers. Do not use abrasive scrubbers or solvent-based cleaners.
-
Environmental Care: Keep the mattress in a clean, dry, climate-controlled bedroom. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading or fiber weakening. Do not use or store the mattress in damp basements, garages, porches, or any non-climate-controlled area.
-
Protection & Hygiene: Use mattress protectors consistently to maintain cleanliness. Keep the mattress away from pets to avoid tearing, chewing, scratching, or contamination. Avoid placing hot tools (curlers, straighteners, irons) near or on the mattress surface.
-
Storage & Handling: Store the mattress only when fully clean and completely dry. Do not fold, bend, or compress it for storage. Do not stack heavy items on top of stored mattress, as this may cause permanent flattening or distortion.
- Improper washing, drying, handling, storage, or failure to follow the care instructions on the product tag or Turmerry website may void the warranty.
Note: Failure to rotate does not automatically void the Warranty, but uneven wear resulting from non-rotation may not qualify as a defect.

BEDDING AND PILLOW WARRANTY
This section outlines Turmerry’s warranty policy for bedding (including waterproof mattress protectors, mattress pads, pillow covers, blankets & throws, sheet sets, duvet covers, comforters, mattress topper cover, mattress topper encasement) and pillows. The warranty we provide for our bedding and pillows is only valid for the original purchaser, commencing from the date of original purchase, and is non-transferable. The “original purchaser” is the first purchaser of the product from Turmerry (www.turmerry.com).
Beginning on the date of purchase, the pillows and bedding are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
The warranty period is measured from the original purchase date and does not extend or restart should a repair or replacement occur.
-
Additional Manufacturer Warranty
Some products include a separate manufacturer's warranty that extends beyond Turmerry’s standard 1-year limited warranty. These manufacturer warranties are provided directly by the original manufacturer and follow their own terms and conditions. They do not replace or extend Turmerry’s 1-year limited warranty coverage. All manufacturer warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s requirements, and eligibility is determined solely by the manufacturer.
Beginning on the date of purchase, the following bedding items include additional manufacturer warranty coverage:
Wool Waterproof Mattress Protector Pad – 10-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Reversible Fleece And Cotton/Wool Quilted Mattress Pad – 5-Year Manufacturer Warranty
The warranty period is measured from the original purchase date and does not extend or restart should a repair or replacement occur.
Your Responsibilities:
To maintain warranty eligibility, the bedding or pillow must:
- Be removed from all packaging within 10 days of delivery and inspected for any issues.
- Be used only in a residential setting and for its intended purpose (sleep use only; no commercial or institutional use).
- Be cared for according to Turmerry’s washing, drying, and cleaning instructions, including:
- Washing on recommended cycles.
- Using appropriate detergents (no bleach, solvents, or harsh chemicals).
- Allowing products to fully dry before use or storage.
- Be kept in a clean, sanitary, and climate-controlled environment, free from moisture, mold risk, pests, and extreme temperature fluctuations.
- Be used with compatible bedding components where applicable (for example, pillow covers used with pillows, protectors used on mattresses, and encasements sized correctly).
- Be free from misuse, including over-washing, improper drying, rough handling, cutting, altering, or exposing the product to liquids, spills, or unsanitary conditions.
- Be stored properly when not in use – never in damp areas, outdoor spaces, or non-climate-controlled rooms such as basements, garages, or sheds.
- Have all labels, tags, and law tags kept intact and unaltered, as removing them may void warranty eligibility.
- Be free of stains, odors, spills, bodily fluids, mold, mildew, or discoloration, as these conditions automatically void the warranty.
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase, which must be retained by the customer (email receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).
IMPORTANT: Warranty claims cannot be processed without proof of purchase and documentation showing the product was used and maintained according to these requirements.

Bedding and Pillow Care Requirements:
To maintain product performance and warranty eligibility, bedding and pillows must be cared for as follows:
-
Proper Use: Use only in a residential household environment. Use each item strictly for its intended purpose (e.g., pillowcase for pillows, protector for mattresses). Avoid excessive force, stretching, or pulling on fabrics, seams, or zippers.
-
Follow All Manufacturer Care Instructions: All maintenance and care instructions listed on the product webpage and on the product’s sewn-in care tag must be followed. Failure to follow these instructions will void the warranty.
-
Washing & Drying: Wash using the care directions provided for each product. If an item is deemed “washable,” use cool or warm water and mild detergent. Do not use bleach, optical brighteners, or harsh chemicals. Tumble dry low or air-dry. Do not expose bedding or pillows to high heat, which can damage wool, cotton, latex components, and natural fibers. Ensure each item is fully dry before use or storage to prevent mold or odor.
-
Spot Cleaning: Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth. Avoid aggressive rubbing, which can distort fibers or cause pilling. Do not use abrasive scrubbers or solvent-based cleaners.
-
Environmental Care: Keep bedding and pillows in a clean, dry, climate-controlled bedroom. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading or fiber weakening. Do not use or store bedding in damp basements, garages, porches, or any non-climate-controlled area. Store items in breathable cotton bags, never sealed plastic.
-
Protection & Hygiene: Use pillowcases, pillow protectors, and mattress protectors consistently to maintain cleanliness and extend product life. Keep bedding away from pets to avoid tearing, chewing, scratching, or contamination. Avoid placing hot tools (curlers, straighteners, irons) near or on bedding surfaces.
-
General Maintenance: Fluff pillows regularly to maintain loft and even fill distribution. Shake out blankets, throws, and quilts periodically to maintain texture. Inspect seams, stitching, and zippers occasionally and discontinue use if damaged.
-
Storage & Handling: Store bedding only when fully clean and completely dry. Fold gently and avoid compressing delicate fibers during long-term storage. Do not stack heavy items on top of stored bedding, as this may cause permanent flattening or distortion.
-
Important: Improper washing, drying, handling, storage, or failure to follow the care instructions on the product tag or Turmerry website may void the warranty.
