5-20 Year Warranty for Latex Mattress And Toppers
Beginning on the date of purchase, your latex mattress is covered by a 20 year warranty and topper is covered by a 5-year limited warranty. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of the latex mattress or topper and is non-transferable. The “original purchaser” is the first purchaser of the latex mattress or topper from Turmerry.com. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase and owner.
Turmerry warrants that it will repair or replace, at the company's discretion, your latex mattress or topper should it be determined to contain a defect, including splits or cracks in the latex foam that alter significantly your comfort during sleep on the latex mattress or topper, as long as the damage is not caused by misuse or abuse after purchase by the user(s) of the latex topper, and provided your latex mattress or topper has had adequate support since the time of purchase. Also covered is any indentation or body impression in the latex foam of the latex mattress or topper measuring greater than 1.5 inches in depth. The indentation must be visible to the naked eye when no weight is applied to the top of the mattress topper.
No warranty coverage shall be in effect for any latex mattress or topper that contains any burns, cuts, stains, spills, soiling, discoloration that occur over time, chemical smells (cigarette smoke, and other unnatural odors), and dampness or mold. This warranty also does not cover comfort preference. Imperfections that do not prevent ordinary use and enjoyment of the latex mattress or topper by a reasonable person are not considered to be defects. For example, perforations may not well rounded, and corners may not be perfectly shaped.
10 Year Limited Warranty for Platform bed frame
Turmerry warrants the platform bed frame against the defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the time your platform bed frame is purchased by you, when the platform bed frames used normally for its intended purposes.
This limited warranty covers any breakage of or defects in the wooden frame, including the slats. The frame must be assembled correctly. Any breakage must occur while the product is in normal “bedroom” use. Turmerry will repair or replace with equal or similar product of a similar value, in our discretion, damaged or defective products that are covered by this warranty.
BASE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
1 Year Warranty for Bedding Products
Beginning on the date of purchase, all other products like bedding sheet sets, duvet covers, pillows, throws, protectors, etc. are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. Turmerry warrants that it will replace, at the company's discretion, your product should it be determined to contain a defect. No warranty coverage shall be in effect for any products that contains any burns, cuts, stains, spills, soiling, discoloration that occur over time, chemical smells (cigarette smoke, and other unnatural odors), and dampness or mold. This warranty also does not cover comfort preference and normal wear and tear as a result of washing and intended use.
How to file a claim
To file a claim under this warranty, please submit a request here. Evidence of a defect and proof of purchase must be included. The address for returns will vary depending on the products and will be provided to you once Turmerry has reviewed your submission and determines that there is in fact a defect covered in this warranty.
These limited warranties will be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
