Turmerry Organic Latex Mattress comes with three latex layers of different firmness levels, Soft, Medium and Firm. This helps to adjust your desired firmness. You must assemble them in the order that is most suitable for you.

If you order a Turmerry Latex Mattress, you may need to assemble it as the mattress comes in 4 boxes.

The mattress assembly is very simple. This will take approximately 10-15 minutes.

No tools are required, just a pair of scissors to open the boxes and remove the two layers of plastic wrapping.

There are a few things that you should take care of first. These allow you to assemble your latex mattress in the right way without damaging the latex layers.

Before you start

Before you begin, you must know that all latex mattresses are heavier than memory foam mattresses.

Each box could weigh from 25 lb to 65 lb depending on the mattress size and you may need a helper to lift and complete the mattress assembly.

We recommend that you ask someone to help you during the assembly process.

Here are a few things to keep in mind, as you assemble your organic latex mattress:

Please make sure that you received all the four boxes
Move all the boxes to your bedroom where you plan to use the mattress
Open the boxes carefully. Don’t use sharp instruments to open the box because chances are there that you could accidentally cut any of the mattress components.
Handle the latex layer with utmost care. Never pull or yank on the layers, it could rip or tear

How to assemble your organic latex mattress?

The assembly instructions for your natural latex mattress are pretty straightforward. Just follow the steps listed below and enjoy all of the benefits of sleeping on a latex mattress.

TURMERRY LATEX MATTRESS COMES IN 4 BOXES

Here is how to assemble your latex mattress.

Step 1. Place the organic cotton zippered cover on the bed frame.

Place the zippered cover on your bed frame and unzip the cover. Don't be concerned if the cover seems too small for your mattress. The latex should fit snugly, and your mattress will look crisp once all layers are zipped inside.

Step 2. Identify the base layer of your latex mattress.

Place the bottom layer (usually FIRM layer) inside the mattress cover and gently shake it into place. You may need to grip the latex and wiggle the layer into place until it settles into a flat layer.

The base layer is the foundation of your mattress, so take your time with this. You may need to reposition it to get it to line up perfectly inside the mattress cover. You may also want to make sure this layer lines up with the cover's seams.

Once you have it all in place, tug on the border of the cover to make sure that the fabric beneath the base layer is smooth, flat, and wrinkle-free.

Step 3. Insert the next two latex layers, one at a time.

Gently insert the other two latex layers on top of the base layer, one at a time.

Usual preference is to put Medium layer and then the Soft layer on top.

Step 4. Zip it Up

Once the second and third latex layers have been put together, slowly start zipping the organic cotton mattress cover around your new mattress. Take as much time as you want.

Be careful to smooth the layers and check for proper alignment before zipping it up.

Step 5. Make Your Bed

Once you finish assembling the latex mattress, make your bed, and enjoy many years of luxurious, healthy, and comfortable night's sleep.

Please note even though many of our customers get adjusted and thrilled after the first night, there are many who take a few days to get adjusted to the new latex mattress.
