At Turmerry, we believe in providing the utmost comfort and satisfaction to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes preferences can differ, and that's why we have devised a hassle-free donation policy for our mattresses and mattress toppers
If you find that your Turmerry mattress isn't meeting your desired level of support and comfort, we offer a solution. Our mattress consists of 3 to 4 latex foam layers, and we can swap out one layer at no additional charge if it addresses your concerns. Simply let us know, and we'll make the necessary arrangements.
Should you still find the mattress unsuitable even after the layer swap, we have a donation program in place. By participating in our donation program, you can contribute your mattress to those in need, and once donated, we will process a full refund back to your payment method
If you decide to proceed with the donation process, it is CRUCIAL that you get in touch with us to initiate the procedure. Failure to contact us and adhere to the outlined procedure may result in the denial of a refund. We will guide you through the entire process, ensuring that your mattress finds a new home where it's needed most.

If, after 30 days, you find your mattress topper uncomfortable, we encourage you to participate in our donation program to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from shipping. Simply contact us, and we will guide you through the local donation procedure. Similar to the mattress donation process, please ensure that you provide the necessary documentation and photographic evidence as outlined above.
We understand that sometimes it's hard for customers to find donation centers. So, as a backup plan, if a customer can't find a place to donate within 120 days of their trial period, they have the option, as a last resort, to cut the product into 2 or 4 pieces and provide us with a photo. However, it's VERY IMPORTANT to follow the correct procedure and reach out to us for guidance. This option must be exercised within the 120-day trial period.
Failure to comply with the destruction or donation policy will result in the non-issuance of a refund.
