DONATION POLICY

At Turmerry, we believe in providing the utmost comfort and satisfaction to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes preferences can differ, and that's why we have devised a hassle-free donation policy for our mattresses and mattress toppers.

Mattress Donation Policy

If you find that your Turmerry mattress isn't meeting your desired level of support and comfort, we offer a solution. Our mattress consists of 2 to 4 latex foam layers, and we can swap out one layer at no additional charge if it addresses your concerns. Simply let us know, and we'll make the necessary arrangements.

Should you still find the mattress unsuitable even after the layer swap, we have a donation program in place. By participating in our donation program, you can contribute your mattress to those in need, and once donated, we will process a full refund back to your payment method.

If you decide to proceed with the donation process, it is CRUCIAL that you get in touch with us to initiate the procedure. Failure to contact us and adhere to the outlined procedure may result in the denial of a refund. We will guide you through the entire process, ensuring that your mattress finds a new home where it's needed most.

IMPORTANT: Before donating, please ensure that you email us photos of the mattress cover (top, bottom, and all four sides). We'll then send a prepaid label to ship the cover to our warehouse for inspection. Once the cover passes inspection, we'll confirm in writing, and you can donate the latex layers. If the mattress cover has stains, damage, or signs of misuse, the mattress does not qualify for a refund, and we may return the cover to you.

Receipt and Picture Requirements: In order to complete the donation process, we require the following documentation:

• Receipt, Donation Slip, or Email from the charity organization stating customer name and item donated.
• Picture of the latex layers at the donation site (fully visible; not obscured by a box or bag).
• Picture showing the donation site and confirming that the latex layers were donated there.

Approval Process: Please ensure that both the picture and receipt meet our approval criteria. We do not approve:

• Receipt with no picture proof of product donation.
• Picture of the product without proof of the donation site.
• Picture of the donation site without proof of the product.
• Donation made before we confirm in writing that the mattress cover has passed inspection.

Mattress Topper Donation Policy

If, after 30 days, you find your mattress topper uncomfortable, we encourage you to participate in our donation program to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from shipping. Simply contact us, and we will guide you through the local donation procedure. Similar to the mattress donation process, please ensure that you provide the necessary documentation and photographic evidence as outlined above.

Destruction Policy

We understand that sometimes it's hard for customers to find donation centers. So, as a backup plan, if a customer can't find a place to donate within 120 days of their trial period, they have the option, as a last resort, to cut the product into 2 or 4 pieces and provide us with a photo. However, it's VERY IMPORTANT to follow the correct procedure and reach out to us for guidance. This option must be exercised within the 120-day trial period.

IMPORTANT: Before destroying the latex layers, customers must first email us photos of the mattress cover showing the top, bottom, and all four sides. The cover must be sent to our warehouse using the prepaid shipping label we provide and must pass our inspection before the latex layers can be destroyed. Do not destroy the latex layers until we confirm in writing that the cover has passed inspection.

Failure to comply with the destruction or donation policy will result in the non-issuance of a refund.
